1 Overview

Complete vendor directory for all integrated services and platforms. Use this directory when coordinating vendor escalations, integrations, or contract reviews. Each vendor brief includes support channels, technical implementation details, integration notes, and risk considerations.

2 Vendor Categories

2.1 Core Infrastructure

• LACRM - Authoritative CRM system and client data hub
• Google Suite - Comprehensive workspace integration (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Forms)
• Altruist - Primary custody platform with automated report processing

2.2 Client Experience

• Cal.com - Primary booking platform with real-time API integration
• Calendly - Legacy scheduling platform with CSV export processing
• TidyCal - Secondary booking platform for specialized client needs
• Buttondown - Newsletter platform with subscriber sync integration

2.3 Automation & Processing

• Deepinfra - AI services for meeting transcription and content analysis

2.4 Financial Services

• Schwab - Trading and custody operations (see existing documentation)

2.5 Legacy Systems (Phase-out)

• Kinsta - WordPress hosting platform (being phased out)
• Ubicloud - PostgreSQL database hosting (being phased out)

2.6 Discontinued Services

• N8N - Workflow automation platform (discontinued due to complexity)
  • Reason: Too complex to configure and maintain reliably
  • Replacement: Direct API integrations via hooks repository scripts
  • Decommissioned: 2025-09-25

3 Integration Architecture

All vendors integrate through the central hooks automation system, with LACRM serving as the authoritative contact and client relationship database. Most integrations include:

• Contact Attribution: Email-based matching to LACRM contact records
• Automated Sync: Regular data synchronization (daily to 4-hour intervals)
• Quality Controls: Data validation, deduplication, and error handling
• Audit Trails: Complete logging and change tracking for compliance
