0.1 Additional Costs

Clients may incur additional costs including but not limited to: - Custodial fees charged by the account custodian - Transaction costs for buying and selling securities - Mutual fund or ETF expense ratios - Tax preparation and accounting costs

0.2 Fee Billing

Advisory fees are typically deducted directly from client accounts on a quarterly basis. Detailed fee calculations are provided in quarterly statements.

1 Conflicts of Interest

1.1 Personal Trading

Our employees may own the same securities recommended to clients. We have policies in place to address potential conflicts and ensure client interests are prioritized.

1.2 Outside Business Activities

Any outside business activities or relationships that could create potential conflicts of interest are disclosed in our Form ADV Part 2.

2 Custody and Safekeeping

2.1 Qualified Custodian

Client assets are held by qualified custodians (typically Charles Schwab or Fidelity) and not by ECIC. Clients receive statements directly from their custodians.

2.2 Account Access

ECIC has limited power of attorney to manage client accounts for investment purposes but does not have custody of client assets.

3 Privacy and Confidentiality

3.1 Client Information

We maintain strict policies regarding the confidentiality of client information. Details of our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect client data and account information.

4 Regulatory Compliance

4.1 Form ADV

Our current Form ADV is filed with the Utah Division of Securities and is available upon request or through the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website (www.adviserinfo.sec.gov).

4.2 Regulatory Oversight

Our firm is subject to examination by state securities regulators and maintains compliance policies and procedures.

4.3 Client Complaints

Any complaints regarding our services should be directed to our Chief Compliance Officer. Clients may also file complaints with the Utah Division of Securities.

5 Specific Disclosures

5.1 Research Methodology

Our proprietary research process is based on our internal analysis and has not been independently verified by third parties. Results and effectiveness may vary.

5.2 Performance Reporting

Performance figures presented represent model portfolios or composites and may not reflect the performance of individual client accounts due to timing of investments, cash flows, and individual circumstances.

5.3 Exclusion Criteria

Our ESG exclusion criteria are based on our internal research and may not align with other ESG methodologies. Companies may be added to or removed from exclusion lists based on changing circumstances.
